Had a cancelled QBO account before and wanted to create a quickbooks accountant account to access training for pro advisor but when i tried to sign up it saying that user id/email is already taken. I dont want to use another email to sign up for accountant account. Is there another way?
You are not allowed to use the same email address to manage QBO and QBOA. Try to change your email address on your QBO account.
