Advanced does not show up in my settings. Any idea where it has been moved to?

Definetely such a poor customer service, they don't even care about solving it, I am trying to consolidate 16 entities through syft but the sync can only be done when the file is in English, so I was going to change it to run the consolidation, but they just say they are working on the solution and from what I can see is been over a month without any answer, really dissapointing.

Would communicate us with transparency, where is the problem? Why can't you fix this issue?
