Before proceeding, please note that you can only set up US bank accounts for payments. However, if you're configuring payments using a third-party app, I'd suggest contacting their support for assistance in setting up your account seamlessly.
In addition, if you're depositing multiple checks into a single transaction, you can use the Undeposited Funds account in QuickBooks. This enables you to merge different payments into a single deposit entry within QuickBooks.
