Can a subscription through Apple or Google billing stop me from being able to create classes to track transactions?

I tried creating class for each of the apartment my company own. But I'm having issues with accessing the class. Can this be a subscription Issue?

The ability to create and use classes in QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on your subscription plan, not on Apple or Google billing. Class tracking is available in QBO Plus and Advanced. If you’re on one of these plans, please ensure your class tracking is turned on and that you have the correct user permissions to access it.
