Can anyone help? I am unable to save GSTR-1 on portal. While saving GSTR-1 on portal it shows the message "Somethings not right". How can I resolve this issue?

I can help fix the error you're getting when trying to save GSTR1 report in QuickBooks Online (QBO), useraccounting-ext.
 

The error you're getting can be caused by an old cache piled up on your browser. To fix this, let's log in to your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser window.

 

Try these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N  
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N.

 

If this works, it means that you need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
