How so I cancel a Quickbooks Cloud subscription which i have registered online and have not used at all?

Yes, Ronel. You have the option to cancel your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account anytime. I'll provide the full details below. The process varies based on how you signed up for your plan. If you registered directly through Intuit's website, here are the steps you need to follow:

 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer.
  2. Log in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.

  3. Go to the Gear icon menu and then choose Account and Settings.
  4. Go to the Subscription & Billing tab.

  5. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription.
