We’re unable to remove a submitted tax return automatically in your company. I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Team since they can delete it without throwing off your tax records.
Before reaching out to them, make sure to prepare the following information:
- QuickBooks Online Company ID.
- Which tax filing period you wish to unfile.
To get in touch with our support team:
- In your company, go to the Help menu.
- In the Assistant tab, enter the topic or issue in the Type something field.
- Select Contact Support Team and then select Chat to connect with a live agent.
