Allow me to chime in the thread and provide additional information about your concern. If you purchased an annual subscription for Quickbooks Online, and it’s within 60 days of the purchase date, you’re eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee.
Additionally, as suggested by Fiat Lux-ASIA, we'll need to request a refund to transfer the trial account recharge amount. Billing concerns require personal information, which should be done in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them.
