Yes, densonalexander1. You can renew your subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Let me provide some information regarding this.

 

To renew a subscription, please know a prompt to resubscribe will show up as you sign in to your QBO company account. If not, kindly follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon located in the upper right corner.
  3. Under the Profile column, choose Subscriptions and Billing.
  4. From the Subscription Status or Your Subscription section, you can click Resubscribe, then enter the billing information.
  5. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  6. You can sign out and sign in again, then go to Subscriptions and Billing to check your next charge date.
