Can't connect to bank. Error 102 Issue since last month on, no positive response. bad service

Let me help you in fixing it, mhaccounts.

 

The error 102 means that we're unable to connect with your bank's website. The most possible reason for this is that your bank is undergoing maintenance, or there is a server issue. You'll want to check your bank's website first to verify if they are having issues.

 

Then, you can perform these steps resolve the error 102:

  1. Go to the Banking tab.
  2. Select Update.
  3. If you still can't connect, please wait 2 or 3 hours and try again.

If you're still getting the same error, please reach out to our Customer Support Team. That way, they can further investigate this issue and so we can fix this as soon as possible. Simply go to the Help button and type Talk to a human.
