I'll drop some information about exporting your data from QuickBooks.
In QuickBooks Online, we can only export reports and lists to an Excel file. We'll want to go to the Gear icon menu, then select Export data.
From there, we can select what data we can export out of QuickBooks to Excel. To further elaborate, we can export certain reports like General Ledger; Profit and Loss; Balance Sheet; Trial Balance; and Journal.
For lists, we can export data such as customers, employees and suppliers.
For attachments, they have a separate section where you can export them from QuickBooks. Here's how to export them:

Though since you need to export virtually all of your data, a third-party app might be able to do this. We can look for offers in our App Centre.
In QuickBooks Online, go to the Apps tab, then select Find apps.
