Your time is up and your best option now is to use the exporter tool to export CoA , Lists and Transactions to CSV files.

Then you may consider to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to another accounting app next week.

Can we use after 30/04/2023?

Welcome to the Community.

 

With the discontinuation of QuickBooks Online (QBO) India, you no longer have access to your QBO account after the 30th of April 2023. This applies to all subscriptions and services for QBO, QBO Accountant, the QuickBooks mobile app, and QuickBooks Time.

 

With this, I suggest stopping adding data to QuickBooks and downloading it prior to 30 April 2023. To help you with the process, you can refer to this article: Export data, reports, lists, and more from QuickBooks Online.

 

Also, you can follow @Fiat Lux - ASIA's recommendation as your option which is to find a third-party app that'll help you export and convert your data to a new accounting or financial management solution. You can visit this article for the list of providers that you can consider: Discontinuation of QuickBooks in India. Just maximise the What are my options? section. 

 

Additionally, you can consider browsing through this article in case you'd want to customise your reports before exporting them from QBO to show the data that matters most to you: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Can we use after 30/04/2023?

My accountant failed to download data before that last date provided by you. Can I get data download at least even now?

We're sorry to inform you that there's no available option to download your QuickBooks Online (QBO) data anymore. It is because accessing the QBO India account ended on the date mentioned above.
