It's sad to see you go. However, I wanted to make it easy on your end to cancel your account.
Once finished, you'll be notified with email confirmation. Though, you still view the data of your canceled account for a year. You can read this article for more information about canceling your account: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription.
For refund concern, I'd suggest reaching to our Customer Care Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do here.

please refund unnecessary debits a 13750rs, i dnt wnt one year subscription. please solve this problem immediately, I paid a monthly subscription Amount but I have debited the Amount again for one year from my account.
