Cannot add Company Administrator

Hello there, @userannelittle778.

 

Thanks for coming to the Community. We're receiving reports about being unable to add company admin in QuickBooks Online. Right now, we have an active investigation case under INV-57842. 

 

I'd suggest you contact our Customer Care team to let them know that you're one of the affected users. That way, your account will be linked to the investigation and will receive updates about its progress via email. 

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then enter the topic such as "Unable to add company admin" in the QB Assistant
  2. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  3. Select Start a chat with a support expert.
