Colleague cant login

Added user to my QB account. They logged in first time but later lost password. Now they cant login in. How do I go about it?

Colleague cant login

Welcome the the Community, Vincent. I want to ensure the user can access to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

If the user forgot the password, he can reset it following these steps:

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Select Sign in a different way and choose how you want to verify your identity.
  3. Check your QuickBooks registered phone or email for a message from Intuit or QuickBooks. Enter the code we sent, or follow the instructions in the message. We may ask you for a little more info to make sure it’s really you.
  4. Select Continue.
  5. When prompted, reset your password.

Once the user is able to open QuickBooks, his now ready to work with QuickBooks.
