Just to clarify, are you trying to renew your QuickBooks subscription? If so, I'm more than happy to help you make a renewal payment. You can sign in to your account and reactivate it through your settings.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select the Gear icon and choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select Billing & Subscription, click Subscribe, and enter the updated company profile.
  4. Select Save.
  5. Select the payment information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information. Select Resubscribe.

 

if you want to speak with our live customer representative, I'd suggest reaching out to them. You just need to simply click the Help icon within your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. From the Assistant section, type Talk to a human.
  3. Then, enter a brief description of your concern. 
  4. Click I still need a human and then, Get help from a human.
  5. Choose either Chat with us or Have us call you.

 

 Know that our support hours are from Mondays to Fridays, 6 AM to 6 PM PT, and Saturdays, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.
