Custom Form Styles Error

I was importing a customized Estimate template into the Custom Form Styles and everything was working fine, I went back and forth editing it exactly how I want it....then suddenly it doesn't work anymore, the arrow button to bring up options for me to select doesn't work anymore, clicking on it does nothing. See the attached screenshot. 

 

What I've done so far to try to fix it:

1- clear cache

2- restart computer

3- used Safari private browser

4- used chrome regular browser and incognito

 

Nothing works. Help would greatly appreciate it.

Custom Form Styles Error

Since you're still experiencing the same results after troubleshooting, I recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Support Team. They can securely review your account and help identify the possible cause of the problem. This will enable you to import your customized estimates into the program.

 

To connect with them, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Click the (?) Help icon in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard.
  2. Select Talk to a Human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact Us to connect with our live support.
  6. Choose Get a callback.

Custom Form Styles Error

After talking to several people at Quickbooks Support, most don't know and the best answer I got was to "google it". Quickbooks support as you might already know is hands down the worst in the industry, go look at the reddit subs and all the only reviews. Absolutely atrocious.
