I was importing a customized Estimate template into the Custom Form Styles and everything was working fine, I went back and forth editing it exactly how I want it....then suddenly it doesn't work anymore, the arrow button to bring up options for me to select doesn't work anymore, clicking on it does nothing. See the attached screenshot.
What I've done so far to try to fix it:
1- clear cache
2- restart computer
3- used Safari private browser
4- used chrome regular browser and incognito
Nothing works. Help would greatly appreciate it.

Hey there. Thanks for sharing the steps you've taken to address the issue.
After talking to several people at Quickbooks Support, most don't know and the best answer I got was to "google it". Quickbooks support as you might already know is hands down the worst in the industry, go look at the reddit subs and all the only reviews. Absolutely atrocious.
