hi,
does QuickBooks allow us to record business transaction for two different types of nature business in one account?
Eg: let say one business named ABC Company, registered with nature business are kindergarten & coffee shop.
One QBO account is for one company file. You can manage branches/divisions by utilizing the Class/Location feature available in QBO Plus. Otherwise you should open a new account.

Another option, switch to QB Desktop to manage multi company files.
thank you
If I use Class/Location, meaning that every time I wanted to record sales / purchase transaction, I need to differentiate/classify the transaction using Class/Location is it?
So when generate report it will assign to specific Class/Location?

Yes you're right. We do not recommend this option if you are not the only one with access to post transactions.
Human error put the transaction to which class/location. If your team is unfamiliar with QB, consider letting them prepare your data in XLS for the time being and only one of you has access to bulk import the data into QB Online. Once they are familiar with the process, grant them access to QBO if required.
