I have some insights to share about the Arabic version of QuickBooks Online.
QuickBooks Online offers various versions of the program for the countries across the globe. To acquire your desired version, you'll need to select your country upon the purchase. You can do that by going into this link: QuickBooks Online Global
On the other hand, I'd like to let you know that the program doesn't have the Arabic Language feature. It only supports the following languages:

I'm here to share details about managing your customers, vendors, and inventory items in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Mody. This way, you'll be able to determine how to handle them accordingly.
Currently, the ability to rename your customers, vendors, inventory items in Arabic isn't available. The same goes when adding any description in their profile and transactions. The system only supports 5 languages. It's English, Chinese, French, Italian, and Spanish.
However, you'll have the option of changing your computer language to Arabic. Just visit your browser settings. For the step-by-step guide, kindly refer to my colleague's post above.
