does a new subscription start straight away with apple once you set it up or do you have to wait as i can't access my quickbooks page after signing up

i was guided to apple-google billing, i registered and paid £49.99 fpr 1 year at a discounted rate but it doesnt let me do anything on my page and keeps showing the subscription page
