Failed to load PDF

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you encountered while printing your invoice, Ammar.

I'd like to inform you that there is an ongoing investigation on this matter (INV-111670). Rest assured, our engineering team is committed to finding a swift resolution. In the meantime, we suggest changing the language of your account to English as a workaround. Here are the steps to do so:

  1. Select the Gear icon and then select Accounts and settings.
  2. Select Advanced and then go to the Language section.
  3. Select the pencil icon to edit, and then choose the desired language from the drop-down.
  4. Select Save, and then Done when you're ready.

Our supported languages are English, Chinese, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Thai, Portuguese, German, Japanese, and Korean. Please know that we are diligently working to identify the root cause of this issue. If you would like to receive updates and have your account listed among the affected users, please contact our support team for timely email notifications. Here’s how you can reach them:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click on the Help icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Contact Us.
  4. Enter "Invoice PDF loading error - INV-111670" in the description.
  5. Choose your preferred method of contact (chat or call) and follow the prompts.
