I can provide more details on fixing this issue in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
An outdated browser could be the reason you're getting this error. I'd like to know if you've tried using an incognito browser when sending a sales form to your customer? It will eliminate any data issues in the cache. If you haven't tried that yet, you can follow the steps below:
