Have problem with multi currency, I want to change Home currency now.

I have some problem for Multi currency. 

I am a user of Quickbook Online Plus, so I could choose multi-currency. 

 

When I click the multi currency, I did home currency - GTQ (Guatemala), and multi currency is USD. 

But all the currency was changed with USD. 

 

Even, the amount of money did not calculate with USD, only the symbol was changed that. 

I want to modify the home currency. 

 

1 USD = 7.6 GTQ.

Let's figure this out by checking your Account and Settings page.

 

You'll need to review your home currency by clicking the Advanced tab.

 

 

Once you've verified that you're using GTQ as your home currency, I'd suggest reaching out to our Online Support so they can isolate this issue. They can investigate this odd behavior in a secure environment and check the root cause using their tools. You can refer to this link: Contact the QuickBooks Online Customer Support team.
