Hello all this thing with quickbooks suspending accounts is really getting annoying we have another aaccount its been 3 months they suspended us first month using it

- new account created
- paid end of first month
- they locked me out
- sent an email to verify 
- been pending verification for 3 months with no way to communicate with any one

i added my data already what kind of an action is this!!!

It isn't the experience we want you to have when using QuickBooks Online (QBO), ghaithalkousa.

 

To check and determine the reason why your account got suspended, we recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They have the tools needed to find out why it occurred on your end, and they'll provide you with the necessary steps to resolve it. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Inside the account, select (?) Help.
  3. You can select either tab to get started:
  • Assistant: Select a suggested option, or enter a question or topic you want to open. If you decide you need further help, you can click chat to a human.
  • Search: Select Contact Us, type a question and Continue. Select Start a chat to get in touch with a product expert.
