I tried to open QBO with the Incognito browser and it did not show optional accounts

I appreciate you following the previous steps provided by my colleague. On this tab you either have the option to scroll through your available accounts by clicking the dropdown arrow or typing in the name of the specific account.
If you've already done this, and the issue still stands, I recommend contacting our support to have your account securely checked. They have the proper tools to access your account and open an investigation if necessary.
