Hi i noticed my subscription tripled from 11 usd to 32 usd. in the last 3 months. please explain why this happened?

Let me provide some information about QuickBooks Online (QBO) subscription rate, userafzulrehman.

 

May I know what QBO version you're using? Your current subscription rate is dependent on its original rate and any discounts offered at the time you subscribe to the product. If the rate seems higher than you expected, here are some possible reasons that could explain why:

 

  • Tax/GST is added to the base subscription price.
  • You had promotional discounts that have now expired, and your subscription now bills at the regular price.
  • You recently upgraded from Simple Start to Essentials, or from Essentials to Plus.

To check this one, we can go to the Billing & Subscription page. Let me show you how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the top menu.
  2. Click Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab. From there's you'll see your subscription and some services added to your account. 
  4. Tap Done

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon on the top right. 
  2. Enter your concern in the search field.
  3. Choose Talk to a human.
  4. Click the OK. To get you to the right human, in a few words, tell me what you need help with option and tap I still need a human
  5. Press Contact us.
  6. Tick Continue
  7. Choose Message an agent or Get a callback.
