I am trying to save an invoice it is telling me that a date is wrong i have been through the invoice and there is nothing wrong with the dates

It's possible that there's a browser issue that's causing the error when saving the invoice. I'll provide some quick and easy steps on how to check if that's the case. 

 

You can start the troubleshooting by logging in to your account using an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

 

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari

Then, log back in to your account and create an invoice if that will post successfully.
