How can I add another Company

Happy to have you here in the Community, @richiegriff2-gma. I’ll help you with adding another company in QuickBooks Online (QBO).


To start a new company, you'll need to create a new QuickBooks Online account. One subscription is equal to one company file.


Log into your current company when creating a new account to put this firm under your existing Intuit ID. When creating a new account, simply click the Add another company button. You'll only be prompted for an Email address and a Password after that (you should be using the same email address).



Check out this page on international versions, then register a new account by selecting your country.


After that, you can easily switch from one company to another. For additional details, see this article on how to switch companies.
