You'll need to cancel the account first, wagan.
Once done, an email confirmation will be sent. Also, we'll hold on to your account for a year. I recommend printing or exporting forms and reports for future use. Check this article on how to export: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1779266.

We can only cancel your other account so that you will not be billed for the subscription fee. I'll be glad to walk you through the steps in doing it.
For billed subscriptions, you can still view the records of the canceled account for a year.
For your billing concerns, I'd recommend reaching to our Customer Care Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure environment which we're unable to do here and verify the charges.
