How can I see the extent of quickbooks a client is allowed

Hi there, Joseph2410-jj-gm.

If you need to check the client's permission scope when assigning roles, you can view it in the Manage Users window.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click on Manage users.
  3. Select the user from the list.

On the other hand, if you're looking to verify the client's QuickBooks Online (QBO) plan's usage limits, such as the number of users, accounts, or classes allowed, you can find this information on the Usage Limits page.

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click on the Gear icon in the top right corner.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Click on the Usage tab.

For more detailed information about usage limits, you can refer to this articleLearn about usage limits.

Additionally, if you were asking about something else, please reply to this post so we can provide you with all the information you need.
