If your plan is currently deactivated and on a yearly billing cycle, you can reactivate it first. Then, switch to monthly billing cycle. Here's how"
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
- Go to Settings ⚙ and choose Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription, then Subscribe.
- Enter the updated company profile and click Save.
- Select a Payment Information type (Credit/Debit card or Net Banking) and enter your bank information. Click Re-subscribe.
- Select Switch to monthly billing.
- Click Switch, then Done.
