How much to add two additional companies to my existing subscription

You can visit our pricing page to check the prices for each plan, stephan6. I’d be happy to further explain the process below.

You can easily manage multiple company files under the same Intuit account. However, please know that a new subscription fee will apply for each additional company. To check the prices, you can visit this website: QuickBooks Online pricing page.

Additionally, if you're interested in adding a new company under your existing account, you can follow the detailed steps outlined below:

  1. Go  to the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription you want.
  2. Click the Select the plan button from the version you want to purchase.
  3. Make sure to select the correct location from the Your business location dropdown. Also, choose the correct your subscription and billing period, then click Continue.
  4. Ensure that the User ID is the same Intuit account with your previous company. Once done, click Continue.
  5. Click the Create a new company button and fill out all the information from the Now let's get your billing info form.
  6. Once everything is done, click Subscribe.

For reference, please see the screenshot below:

For future reference, we can check this resource on how to handle your Intuit account online: Manage your Intuit Account online.

If you have any further questions about adding companies to your existing subscription, please don't hesitate to reach out for assistance. Have a great day ahead.

@stephan6

One QBO account is for one company file. If you don't need to use any online service, you can use an old QB Desktop with a non subscription license to manage multiple company files.
