How to bulk delete transaction in QuickBooks

I can help you how to delete bulk transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO), @taimoorrajpoot288.

Before anything else, may I ask which transactions you want to delete? Any additional information you provide would be much appreciated, as this will help us deliver an effective solution.

In the meantime, let me discuss below how to delete bulk transactions in different areas in QBO.

To begin with, if you want to delete bulk transactions from your bank feeds, you can follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Go to the Transactions tab and select Bank Transactions.
  3. Click on the Date box from the For Review tab to select all transactions.
  4. Click on the Exclude button when prompted.
  5. Go to the Excluded tab to delete these transactions.
  6. Click again on the Date box, then select Delete.

I've attached screenshots for your reference:

If you're referring to sales transactions, we also have an option to delete bulk transactions:

  1. Go to the Sales tab and select All Sales.
  2. Select what type of sales transactions you want to delete from the Type section.
  3. Click on the Date box to enable Batch Actions.
  4. Click on the Batch Actions and select Delete.

On the other hand, if you want to delete transactions from the Chart of Accounts, please note that bulk deleting is unavailable. Therefore, you'll need to delete transactions individually.

Moreover, you can utilize this article to restore deleted transactions in the future: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.

Please feel free to return to this thread if you're referring to another transaction you want to delete in bulk or have further questions about managing transactions besides deleting. I'll be around to help.
