For QuickBooks Online Global users we have an option to change the language within the program. Here's how:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and settings.
- Select the Advanced tab and go to the Language section.
- We have Chinese, English, French, Italian, and Spanish languages.
- Click Save and Done.
If you don't have this option, we have an alternative. You can change the language through the browser settings. For Google Chrome, here are the steps.
- Click the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the browser and select Settings.
- Click the Advanced link at the bottom of the page and go to the Languages section.
- From there, hit the drop-down for Language to access the Add Language window.
- Mark the box for the one you want to use, and then press the Add button.
- Close and reopen the browser to apply the changes.
