I've found several investigations about this error message specifically when adding users in QuickBooks Online. If I may ask, what particular tasks you're doing when this error comes up? If you're trying to invite a user from the Manage Users page, our engineers are now all hands on deck working together to fix the issue as quickly as possible. While they're currently working for a solution, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team so they can add your account to the notification list. Once added, you'll automatically receive an email notification with the latest updates.
