How to Print Debit Note?

The Community got you covered, @accounts-keito-w.

While QuickBooks Online doesn't offer the ordinary way for printing Debit Note, you can use the keyboard shortcuts to print any web-page you're viewing.

  1. From QuickBooks Online, navigate to the Expenses tab and the Suplier section.
  2. Select the supplier's name and locate the debit note you'd like to print in the list below and click to open it.
  3. Press CTRL+P on a Windows PC or Command+P on a Mac.
  4. Your browser's Print Preview window will open. Certain browsers like Google Chrome allow you to change the Orientation (Landscape vs. Portrait) and the Scale of the printed page to ensure all information fits.

  5. Click Print.
