How to solve error 101 problem HSBC ?

Our product engineers are still working to resolve this error, info.

 

For now, you can upload your bank transactions manually in QuickBooks. Export them from your bank, then import in QB. Check this article on how to download the transactions from your bank: https://community.intuit.com/articles/1776029.

 

Here's how to import:

 

  1. Click Banking on the left pane, then select the Banking tab.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the small arrow icon by the Update button, then select File upload.

I also recommend contacting our QB support so you will be added to the affected users. This will help our engineers know how many customers are affected.

 

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Click Contact us.
  3. Enter Bank Error 101 HSBC, then click Let's talk.
  4. Select from Chat or Email us.
