I am using Quickbook online, and we have projects. How can I login a specific period or date for the ABC project?

Yes, because I want to see each period transaction history of the project. Example if the project perdion was years, I want to check the report every 3 month report.

I am using Quickbook online, and we have projects. How can I login a specific period or date for the ABC project?

We can easily view the transaction history for a specific period within your ABC project using the Custom dates option in QuickBooks Online, sabastarmnab3.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account and go to the Projects tab located in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the ABC project from the list.
  3. Navigate to the Transactions section of the project.
  4. Locate the Date field and click the dropdown arrow next to it.
  5. Choose Custom dates from the options, then set your Start date and End date for any period you'd like to review.
  6. Click the Apply button to confirm your date selection.

 

 

Once applied, QuickBooks will display all project-related transactions for the chosen period, allowing you to review, analyze, or export the data as needed.

 

Also, you can run the Project Profitability Summary Report for a comprehensive overview of all the projects in your QuickBooks account.
