First, could you please explain what you mean by being unable to switch companies? Is the Switch company button missing, does the page fail to load after you click it, or are you unable to find the company you want to switch to? Also, have you encountered any error messages?

Please ensure that your login credentials for all companies are the same to facilitate switching between them. If you have confirmed that the credentials are the same but still cannot switch, try refreshing the page or logging out and then logging back in to update it.
In the meantime, you can sign out of the current company and sign in to another one to switch between them.
