I don't received a code by mobil

I know of a few potential explanations for why you might be unable to receive a verification code, efmb.

 

Here are some possible explanations:

 

  • You may have provided an incorrect or outdated mobile phone number during registration. 
  • You may have network connectivity problems preventing the delivery of SMS messages.
  • Your phone plan doesn't include SMS text messages.
  • Your phone plan doesn't allow receiving messages from short codes (5-digit numbers).

 

In this situation, it may be necessary for you to reach out to your mobile phone provider to inquire about the compatibility of your plan with receiving SMS messages and shortcodes. This will ensure that you can receive validation codes from Intuit without any issues.

 

Additionally, it's also possible that your mobile number isn't set as the default option in QuickBooks Online for sending a text message verification code. To verify and update the associated phone number, please follow these steps after logging into your Intuit account:

 

  1. Click Sign in & security from the left menu.
  2. In the 2-step verification section, select Turn on.
  3. Select Set up and make sure your phone number is correct.
  4. Choose Text message so you'll receive a six-digit verification code.
  5. Tap Continue and enter the code, then select Continue.
