I'll share the steps on how you can set up online payment in QuickBooks. Let's go to the settings to see it.

 

  1. Sign in to your account as the Admin.
  2. Go to Gear and then choose Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab. In the QuickBooks Payment section, tap Learn more
  4. Click Set up Payments. This opens a signup window, then follow the rest of the steps.
  5. When finished, click Get Set Up.

Also, please know that QuickBooks Payment is unavailable in some global versions. You'll want to check for a third-party application that integrates with QuickBooks.
