I finished the trial when I try pay the Money I can't what I can do?

Since your trial period has expired and you want to subscribe, you have to use the same payment method and billing frequency you had on your previous subscription. You can switch to a different payment method and billing frequency after resubscribing. Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to Settings, then Subscriptions and billing.
  3. For your QuickBooks plan, click Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing info.

  4. Select Subscribe.

 

Furthermore, you need a credit or debit card to subscribe to the program. PayPal is also an acceptable form of payment but not for customers subscribing to the QBO Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, or Mexico products.

 

In case you encounter a specific error message, please take note of the following:

 

  • Your billing address matches the company address in your QuickBooks Account and settings.
  • You have removed all special characters (such as ./:*'-") from your billing address.
  • Your Subscription and billing fields are all complete with accurate and up-to-date information.

 

If you're still receiving an error message or are unable to update your billing details, clear your cache and cookies.
