I have tried to reset my password in multiple occasions, on the desktop, did enter the code I have received to the email and I'm directed to other pages.

I'm here to help you get past this issue and make sure you're able to log in to QuickBooks. 

 

As an insight, our program uses cache and cookies to quickly load its pages. However, when this becomes full of temporary internet files, it behaves unexpectedly such as this. 

 

Let's verify if this is a browser-related issue by logging in to your QuickBooks account using the incognito or private browser. Here's how:

 

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If you're able to access your account without a problem, go back to the main browser to clear the cache. Otherwise, use a supported, up-to-date browser

 

If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team to check your account and investigate what's causing this to happen.

 

Here's how to reach them:

 

  1. Click Help on the top menu.
  2. Choose Contact us.
  3. Enter can't sign in to QBO in the What can we help you with? field.
  4. Click Let's talk.
  5. Select Start an email to connect with us.
