I can't proceed with some functions since I didn't receive the verification code on my mobile number.

If I never receive a text message for the verification, how can I ensure to receive a text verification code?

Hi there,info-synergia-ps.  I'm here to ensure you'll receive a verification text message to proceed with some functions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

 

There are a few reasons why security isn't going through your mobile phone. You can check the following: 

 

  • Make sure that you're typing in the correct phone number. In some cases, Intuit will tell you the number (or the last digits) of the phone number the verification code was sent to.
  • Your phone can receive SMS. Sometimes, if you are roaming, or in an area with poor reception, you may experience delays.
  • Your phone plan allows you to receive messages from short codes (5 Digit Numbers). 

 

Aside from that,  the phone number you entered was not chosen as the default option in sending text message verifications. To address this, you can log into your Intuit account and verify if your phone number is accurate.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your Intuit account.
  2.  Select Sign In & Security from the left menu. 
  3. In the Two-step verification field, select Turn on.
  4. Ensure your phone number is correct, and select Text message to receive a standard six-digit verification text code.
  5. Click Turn on. Then, enter the code. 
  6. Once done, click Continue.

Can you login to your QBO account and access your dashboard? You can try to change your phone number to make sure.

Thanks, I can access my account and dashboard, and try to reinter the phone number, still didn't received a message, not working,

I should receive a text on the mobile I use it.

Make sure you are not using a virtual number. You can also try using your number from another mobile operator in your country.

Sure not using virtual numbers, I do try even from a different country code, and not working

You can't use any random country code for sure. Try opening a trial account. Did you encounter the same issue?
