Hello there, @Rahul. I've got your back, I'll ensure you can get through this, so you can proceed to get bank transactions and complete your tasks in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Before we proceed, I'll write down the possible reasons you receive this banking error on your end. This may be because of the following:

  • Your bank or credit card company changed the account or moved it to a new server.
  • You changed the account name or other info on your bank or credit card company's website.
  • Your bank or credit card company issued a new account or credit card.
  • You closed your bank or credit card account.

To fix this, here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the left navigational bar, go to Bookkeeping.
  3. Go to Transactions, and then select Bank transactions (Take me there).
  4. Click the Update button.
  5. If you still see the error, look for a banner on the Banking page and then click Check connections link and follow the steps to fix the issue.

See this article for more information about fixing banking error 324: Fix banking error 324.

Additionally, I've got you this article to learn more about categorising and matching transactions in QBO: Categorise and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check this page in case you'd like to reconcile an account in QBO: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
