Is there an option to print a remittance for customers who have settled their account?

Greetings, accounts.

Currently, QuickBooks Online is unable to print a remittance advice. In the meantime you can print a report that will list all the invoices for your customers. Then, you can print or email it to the customer.

You can pull up the Transaction List by Customer report. Here's how:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Click Go to report or click the magnifying glass then enter Transaction List by Customer.
3. If you want to filter into one customer just click Customize.
4. Under Report period, change the year you wanted to show in the report.
5. Click Filter then select Customer.
6. Then choose the customer you wanted to filter.
7. Click Run report.
