Good day, prateek2.
Error 105 usually means your bank's website is experiencing technical difficulties, undergoing maintenance, or there's a server issue with the data transfer between QuickBooks and the financial institution's portal and we're receiving reports that other users are getting this error as well.
We would like to inform you that this has already been escalated to our Banking Team. While they do, I would advise you to get in touch with our QuickBooks Online Support so they can add your information to the list of affected users. Any updates will be communicated via email.
Here's how to contact them:
In the meantime, you can manually bring the transaction into QuickBooks Online using a WebConnect file. You can download the last 90 days of transactions using this feature. For the detailed steps, check out this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions.
Once imported, I recommend editing, assigning, and categorizing your transactions. Also, you can match them to the existing entries in the software. Just go to the For Review tab from the Banking menu. Doing so will help you ensure the accuracy of your financial records.
If I can be of help while working in QuickBooks, feel free to let me know by adding a comment below. I'll be more than willing to lend you a hand. You have a wonderful day.
