Let's check first if the invitation is in the junk email or spam folder. If the email is not there, I recommend resending the user invite. You can provide these steps below:

 

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
  3. Locate the user you need to re-invite.
  4. Select Resend invite in the Action column.

The mail servers might be blocking the emails from Intuit. Let's whitelist these QuickBooks Online email server host names and IP addresses so the invitation won't get recognized as spam.
