Hi - India chat is unresponsive. They are not able to arrange a call back. They are not able to resolve on chat. Already tried multiple browsers.

Are you done updating the billing information in the incognito window? If not yet, I'd recommend doing so. This way, we can see if it's browser-related since this won't save any cookies or site data.

Once signed in, return to the Subscription and billing page and re-update the details to verify if it's already performing well. If it works, return to your regular browser and press the CTRL+Shift and Delete keys on your keyboard to clear the cache.
