Hello, Jacob.

I'll ensure you're able to resubscribe so you can get back on track in managing your business.

It's possible that the credit card on file is no longer active or has incorrect information. You'll want to update its information to resubscribe:

  1. Open the Gear icon menu, then choose Account and Settings.
  2. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Under Payment method, click Edit.
  4. Enter the updated card information.
  5. Click Save Changes.

For a quick reference and more details), you can check this article: Get help with your suspended subscription.

If you still can't reactivate your subscription, you'll want to contact our support. They can pull up your account information and help you resubscribe. Here's how:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. In the chat box, type "Speak to an agent."
  3. Click the Contact Support Team option.
  4. When asked, type something like "Resubscribe suspended account."
  5. Click the Contact Support Team option again.
  6. Proceed with the chat option.

Facing the same issues but there is no support from the team! Ridiculous support for Indian consumers.
